Searching for your hotel

To search for a list of hotels, use the 'Find Hotel Form' facility on our Home page. Within the search fields enter the dates and location you require.
After clicking 'Search “,a list of all hotels for your requested stay will appear. On this page, you can see a picture and a brief description for each of the hotels. You can sort the list of hotels by 'Hote Ranking', 'Hotel Name', and 'Stars'. For more information of any of the hotels, just click on the picture or ‘Select’

Booking your room(s)

Click on the 'Book Now' button at the end of Hotel Information Page.  Every hotel has one of these buttons, and it is the first step to the booking process.

Follow the trail

There are instructions on how to fill in the details, and help pages are available to assist with your booking.
1- First please select your room type(s) and number of rooms you require.
* If you have used our service before (Already a Member of Hotelle.Com) please fill your e-mail and pasword and click ‘Continue’
* If you have not used our service before (Not  a Member of Hotelle.Com) please Create an Account (required for new customers only) and fill your contact informations and click ‘Continue’
2- After clicking 'Continue’ an information page for your requested stay will appear. You will see your room type(s), Number of Rooms, Number of Nights, Daily Average Rate, and Total Rate.
Than you will be asked for other informations; Where did you find us,  Smoking Preference, Special Instructions and transportation details (if you need).
3- After clicking 'Continue’ you will see your request number and cancellation policy of hotel.
You will be asked your credit card information at this step.
Please be sure that you read and agreed The Hotels Cancelation Policy before submiting your credit card details.

You will receive an information e-mail about your request when you finish the last step.

How we process your request?

Once you have finished to send your request; you can rest assured that your booking is in safe hands. This is how it works:

• When we receive your request : Our staff will check your reservation request and contact to hotel about availability. If Hotel has available room(s) for the dates you requested; *


• We need your credit card details to reserve your room : We will check your credit card informations and we will carry out an electronic pre-authorisation to ensure that the credit card is valid and that sufficient funds are available to cover the total cost of accommodation charge.

• Confirmation : If we can get an electronic pre-authorisation from your card we will reserve your room and send a “Reservation Confirmation Voucher “ to your e-mail. Your confirmation email will contain your booking confirmation number, booking details (room details, dates of stay, etc), hotel details including telephone number and address, Cancelation policy, details of how to contact us for any reason.

• We may not get an electronic pre-authorisation from your card for the following reasons;
• The Credit card may be not allowed for online transaction.
  “ Not allowed for Internet Shopping by the card company “.
• Not enough account for the total cost of accommodation charge.
• Any fault about credit card information such as credit card number, expiry date, security code.
• Or any other problem.

Our staff instantly contact you for your credit card problem by e-mail or phone.
We are not able to confirm your room before solving credit card problem.

How to get your Invoice ?

We will prepare your invoice on your departure date from the hotel. You may ask your invoice on your name or on a company name for your own records. Please note that your will receive your invoice from us. Not from the hotel directly.
