     Terms and Conditions

Below is a list of the terms and conditions that apply to you when you make a booking through this website. If there are any points for which you require clarification or further explanation, please contact us.

  1. All successful accommodation bookings result in a confirmation email issued by hotelle.com
  2. It is the responsibility of the client to inform hotelle.com if they do not receive a confirmation email. Please contact: reservation@hotelle.com  
  3. Your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking. No monies will be deducted from your account at the booking stage.  Your credit card will be charged on your arrival date or specifed date on reservation conditions.
  4. Before the booking has been confirmed we will normally carry out a pre-authorisation check using your card details to check that funds are available and the card is valid. If there is a problem with your card, we will contact you to ask for details of a different credit card. If this is not possible, we will not confirm your reservation and notify you by email.
  5. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by emailing us at reservation@hotelle.com, please state your booking reference number in the email. Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms, you may cancel your booking for free up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations received later than 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay or minimum no-show fee which is specifed on cancellation policy of hotel.
  6. All hotel bookings made on hotelle.com are issued with a Request Number, you will receive this in your confirmation email. This is your reference number with hotelle.com, please use this reference in all communications with us. If you lose this number, you can contact us at reservation@hotelle.com.
  7. All the hotels have their own booking and reservation systems, so when arriving at the hotel, the name of the lead guest - which is your name, unless you named a different lead guest in the previous page - will be your reference at the hotel, i.e. the hotel room will be reserved under that name.
  8. Any discrepancies should be addressed to reservation@hotelle.com or info@hotelle.com. You are responsible for paying in full for any other expences at the hotel provides, which are not explicitly covered by the quoted hotelle.com room rate (e.g. Room service, telephone,  newspapers etc.)
  9. Should the client decide to change the arrangements within the contract made with the us, we will do our best to accommodate such arrangements, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so.
